EULA - End User License Agreement

General Terms
The Software is the intellectual property of Aurigma Inc., and may not be copied except of backup purposes or cases provided by the terms of the license.
You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or modify the Software, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license.
Aurigma Inc. is not responsible for the content of the input or output data the Software works with.
Single Kiosk License
Single Kiosk License grants you a non-exclusive right to install the Software on a single computer, which meets system requirements of the Software (further referred as kiosk), and use it for commercial or whatever else purposes.
To use the Software with several kiosks, you should acquire appropriate number of licenses.
If you transfer the Software between kiosks, you must erase the Software and all its copies from the source kiosk as soon as the transfer operation completes.
In case of granting your rights to a third party you are obliged to stop using the Software at all and erase all its copies. A license cannot be transferred to third parties without written permission from Aurigma Inc.
Trial Version License
The following terms are applied for trial versions of the Software:
Trial version usage is limited with evaluation and it cannot be used for commercial purposes.
You may install the Software to as many computers as necessary, keeping in mind trial version license limitations.You may distribute trial version under the following conditions:
You should mention Aurigma Inc. as an author of the Software and link to the website http://www.aurigma.com should be provided.
You cannot charge anyone for the trial version distribution except of shipping costs (if any).
The trial version distribution kit must be in its original untouched form. No part of the Software can be changed.
Beta Version License
The following terms are applied for beta versions of the Software:
Beta version usage is limited with test-related and evaluation purposes.
Beta version of the Software cannot be used for commercial purposes without special written permission from Aurigma Inc.You may install the Software to as many computers as necessary, keeping in mind beta version license limitations.
Beta version license will elapse as soon as beta program completes and release version becomes available for sale. When it happens, you must remove all copies of beta version from all computers the Software is installed at.
Disclaimer of Warranty
THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD AS IS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO PERFORMANCE OR MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. Because of the various hardware and software environments into which Software may be put, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
You must assume the entire risk of using the program. ANY LIABILITY OF AURIGMA INC. WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
